1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and media required for the core functionality of the App (AI video generation, animation, and video quality enhancement).
A. Personal Information Provided by You
- Support & Feedback Communications: If you contact us via email at lumi.ai.supporthub@gmail.com for support, bug reports, or inquiries, we collect your email address, message contents, and relevant diagnostic metadata attached to your email (such as device OS version, app version, and device model) to resolve your inquiry.
B. Image and Media Data (Core AI Functionality)
To utilize our AI video creation, portrait animation, and video enhancement tools, you may upload photos or videos from your device's photo library or capture photos using your camera.
- Purpose of Media Collection: We collect only the media file that you voluntarily select and upload for the sole purpose of rendering or enhancing the requested video content.
- No Biometric Extraction: We do not collect, extract, generate, or store biometric identifiers, facial templates, faceprints, or any biometric data used to identify an individual person.
- Planned Use: Uploaded media is used strictly in real-time to render personalized video effects or apply AI quality enhancement filters based on your chosen settings and templates.
- No AI Model Training: Uploaded photos and videos are never used to train, retrain, or improve machine learning/AI models, nor are they used for facial recognition or surveillance.
- Secure Cloud GPU Infrastructure: Media processing is performed securely on dedicated compute servers. No user photos or media are sold, rented, or distributed to third parties.
- Automatic 24-Hour Deletion: All uploaded source photos, source videos, and temporary intermediate processing files are permanently and automatically deleted within twenty-four (24) hours following video generation. We do not maintain any long-term or permanent storage of your personal media files.
🛡️ Privacy Commitment: Your photos and videos belong entirely to you. We never use your uploaded content to train AI models, and all uploaded media files are permanently deleted within 24 hours of generation.
C. Automatically Collected Information
When you access and use our Services, certain technical information is collected automatically:
- Device Identifiers: We collect your anonymized device identifier (such as Android ID / Vendor ID) for user authentication, managing your In-App Purchase credit balance, maintaining VIP subscription access, and preventing abuse or fraud.
- Usage & Activity Logs: We log technical actions within the app, such as video generation requests, feature interactions, and subscription status.
- Crash Reports & Diagnostics: We collect diagnostic logs through Firebase Crashlytics to monitor stability, identify bugs, and improve app performance.
- Analytics & Advertising: We use trusted third-party SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, and Havin Ads) to measure user engagement, app performance, and display relevant in-app advertisements. These services may collect non-personally identifiable information, such as IP address (for coarse geographic location), device brand/model, OS version, and mobile advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / IDFA).
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, based on legitimate business interests, contract fulfillment, and your consent. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Deliver Core AI Features: Process and render AI videos, portrait animations, and video upscaling as requested.
- Account & Purchase Management: Track and restore your purchased credits and Premium VIP subscriptions via Google Play In-App Billing.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot reported errors, address technical inquiries, and improve overall app reliability.
- App Optimization & Analytics: Analyze app performance metrics and crash logs to resolve bugs and enhance user experience.
- Advertising Delivery: Display banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded advertisements in compliance with Google Play Policies.
3. When and With Whom We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers & Cloud Infrastructure: We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., secure GPU compute servers) to execute intensive AI rendering pipelines. All data transmitted to servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Analytics and Ad Networks: We work with reputable mobile partners (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) who adhere to strict data security standards.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable laws, legal processes, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users or the public.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- User Media Files: All uploaded photos, source videos, and rendered intermediate assets are automatically and permanently erased from our servers within 24 hours after processing.
- Account & Diagnostic Records: Device identifiers, transaction logs, and diagnostic records are retained only as long as necessary to maintain your credit balance, manage subscriptions, or fulfill legal obligations.
- User Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of your associated data and account records at any time by contacting us at lumi.ai.supporthub@gmail.com. We will process your verified deletion request within 30 days.
5. Security of Your Information
We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security protocols, including end-to-end Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption, to safeguard all data during transmission and processing. Access to processing servers is strictly restricted to authorized automated processes.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers.
